Jet-Freight Services Ltd has been incorporated in Mauritius in January 1992.

The Company was an immediate success due to a realistic business approach and knowledge of the world, strong relationships with many offices of like kind throughout the globe and a solid service offering coupled with cost effective tariffs and fees.

Jet-Freight is a member of the local freight forwarders association since 1994  as such is affiliated to the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA).

In 1994, the company moved its headquarter into new and larger private premises situated in the port area  of the capital Port Louis combining both its main office and its container freight station in the same complex.

In 1995 , Jet-Freight obtained the cargo agency agreement from IATA and in 1997 it has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9002 certificate by SGS International Certification Services in recognition of its commitment to provide  quality services to its customers.

In 1998, Jet-Freight made a strategical move in rehousing all its airfreight operations into a more specialised environment  close to the airport thus giving real added value to the quality of its services to customers and agents involved in air cargo dealings.

Since January 2000, Jet-Freight joined Global Transport Organisation (GTO)"THE TRANSPORT CHOICE OF GLOBAL INDUSTRY" as a founder member .

Another important development forming part of Jet-Freight`s  planned strategic expansion in Mauritius  took place in 2003 , viz. the opening of a branch office in Quatre Bornes which is situated at the crossroads of the main  cities in the centre of the island.
